Series editor, Elgar Handbooks on Gender


Sylvia has been commissioned by Edward Elgar as series editor of their International Handbooks on Gender.  The first of these — by Laura Oso and Natalia Ribas-Mateos on Gender, Migration and Transnationalism — was published in 2013. To be published in 2016 are the Handbook on Gender and Health, edited by Jasmine Gideon, the Handbook on Gender in World Politics, edited by Jill Steans and Daniela Tepe-Belfrage, and the Handbook on Gender and War, edited by Simona Sharoni, Julia Welland, Linda Steiner and Jennifer Pedersen. In the pipeline is also the International Handbook on Gender and Environmental Change, edited by Sarah Bradshaw
